I plan to quit smoking by the end of this year. But my research on how to quit and the effects of quitting are more than a bit scary. Depression and thoughts of suicide are the more troubling withdrawal symptoms mentioned. Yikes..
I am already experiencing a bit of discomfort after halving my yosi consumption for only 1 day =P

watched 100 last sunday with al and poi. i wouldn't have consented to watching the movie had i known that it was pinoy drama. but i was duped into believing that it was the prequel to 300 =P
